Description: Maya was found in one of our clients (I work in a vet) backyard one morning by her two small dogs. When she was questioning the neighbors to see if she could find the owner, one of her neighbors said they saw someone put something over her fence in the middle of the night. They didn't think anything of it because it didn't seem too suspicious. We got to talking about it the day she brought her into the clinic and at that time, my mom wanted a chihuahua. So I told her I would keep her (she was 7 months pregnant and already had two dogs to care for while her husband was deployed) while she posted Found posters. And if no one claimed her, I would give her to my mom. Well, when I brought her home, I found out that she likes to chase cats. Although my cat thought it was all in fun, I didn't think my mom's 4 cats would find it as much fun!! So after running the Found posters all over the neighborhood that she was found in for 3 weeks, I kept her.

Favorite Activities: Curling up on mom or dad's lap. Sunning myself in any patch of sun I can locate!!

Favorite Toys: Playing hide and go seek with my brother, Mason. Hoarding hooves.

Favorite Foods: Any of them. But my mom doesn't allow many table scraps to keep us healthy.

Tricks: Just looking cute. But I am an obnoxious chihuahua!! And obstinate!!
