My dog had 2 rabies shot within 6 months of each other by mistake... any harm in that?

Depends on breed and size of dog. If it was a toy or teacup it might kill them. It happened to me once with my Vet and I was really angry. He said with my Ridgie it wouldn't matter.

Doesn't matter size of dog, a teacup Poodle gets the exact same amount as a Great Dane.
And no, 2 Rabies vaccines in 6 months is fine, you shouldn't have any problems.
