If your dog is small and the puppies are two large, then she could wind up needing a cerian section or die. There are so many unwanted dogs, the best thing would be to have her spayed.

It was no accident that Jack Russell did it on purpose. :0 A Catahoula is a lot bigger than a Jack Russell.

It is just more expensive to spay the dog while she's in heat...call your local Humane Society and ask them for a referral of a Vet that will spay her now. You will be saving yourself tons of money and maybe the dogs life.

What a combination..scary. But I would have her spayed for both her health and the fact that there are too many unwanted dogs in this world. There are many low cost options at the A.S.P.C.A or through a local groups. Good luck.

you jack is smaller then she so she should give out the right size pups you really wont know untill you take her to the vet and get them looked at to see what size they are and if they are to big then she would need to get then removed when she goes into labor but its all about the size of the mother and father if the dad was bigger then i would worry more

if the puppys get to big she could die thas wat happened to my english Bulldog

Sounds like everyone is suggesting you do what you want to do. At least you know you are a responsible owner and trying to do what's best for your dog. Just keep trying to find a vet, rescue shelter, or Humane Society who will be willing to help you. If you do have to go through a C'section for puppies that you can't afford or find homes for, I would be giving these people an earful for not helping out in the first place.
